The Head of Center for International Research and Education (CIRE) met with the Foreign Secretary of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan

Dr. Hadi Soleimanpour, the Head of Center for International Research and Education (CIRE) met with Mr. Aizaz Ahmad Chaudhry, the Foreign Secretary of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan on April 29, 2014.
In this meeting, Dr. Soleimanpour elaborated on the foreign policy of the I.R. of Iran under the new government and characterized its three main pillars, namely benevolence, understanding and harmonious relationship based on a win-win situation. Moreover, Dr. Soleimanpour specified the substantial role of think-tanks of the two countries in enhancement of cooperation in all interested areas.
Then, Mr. Aizaz Ahmad Chaudhry, the Foreign Secretary of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, defined the foreign policy of the I.R. of Pakistan after Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif government focused on economic development and cooperation with neighboring countries. Mr. Chaudhry, in addition, emphasized that the world is experiencing the process of transition and at the present time reconsideration of civilizational concepts is of great importance through which harmony and benevolence are attainable.
